Concept: Star Gatherers explores the theme of discovery. The murals depict children exploring hobbies, nature, science, their sense of home, and themselves, making friends along the way, learning, and growing through this shared journey. The design also weaves in Josiah Quincy Elementary School’s core values of focus, integrity, respect, and empathy. Together, all elements transform the lower deck into a welcoming space where students can gather with friends, stay active, and feel a strong sense of pride and belonging.
